As a result of the full-scale invasion of the aggressor country into the territory of Ukraine, a large number of cities have suffered significant destruction. According to official data, more than 1 million Ukrainians are now homeless, and the process of resettling all these people is currently a pressing issue.
The war is not over yet, but the entire civilized world already understands what the outcome will be. Ukraine will definitely win this war and liberate all its territories, after which the active restoration of the country, primarily its housing stock, will begin. In order to quickly resettle Ukrainians who have lost their homes in new houses, a new approach and high-speed technologies are required.
Ukrainian engineers and builders have developed an innovative prefab technology that allows for the rapid construction of prefabricated concrete houses called Well-being ConTech. The time it takes to build them is twice as fast compared to even the most modern technologies.

The main reason for the high speed of construction of Well-being ConTech houses lies in the production of building elements at the manufacturing plant and their rapid assembly at the construction site. The walls of the building have perfect geometry and are insulated with mineral wool, and they already have the necessary openings and grooves for laying electrical wiring. The evenness and smoothness of the surfaces, as well as the absence of the need to make technological openings, significantly reduce the time it takes to commission the building.
The assembly of the walls of Well-being ConTech houses allows for the creation of a strong concrete frame that can withstand destruction and withstand loads equivalent to an earthquake of magnitude 8 on the Richter scale.
An important advantage of Well-being technology houses is their low energy consumption, which is achieved through the implementation of innovative energy-efficient solutions such as multi-layered wall structures, alternative energy sources, modern insulation materials, digital energy monitoring, etc.

The first factory for building Well-being ConTech concrete houses has already been built in Odessa. Its technological capabilities allow for the construction of 72,000 square meters of housing per year, and the location of production facilities reduces logistical costs, for example, when building in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.
In turn, the technology developers claim readiness to create such factories throughout Ukraine, with a construction period of 3 to 6 months.
