How the painting process works

The entire technological process is built on the use of advanced European equipment - paint guns, special chambers with an improved ventilation system, and fully sealed chambers for sintering with a wide temperature range. At the same time, we offer a wide selection of powder coatings for every taste, the possibility of additional metal coating with decorative lacquer. Our employees have undergone special training, have the necessary licenses, permits, and permissions to work on high-tech equipment.

Main stages of applying powder coatings:

1. Cleaning from dirt and dust, degreasing, drying.
2. Installation of the product in the painting chamber.
3. Application of polymer paint using one of three methods:

• Electrostatic spraying;
• Flame spraying;
• Dipping in pseudoliquid powder paint with particle electrification.

4. Curing in the polymerization chamber.
5. Cooling in a sealed chamber.
6. Repeating the procedure (if required by the technology).
7. Application of varnish (if necessary).

This method of painting using electric current creates unity of the material and the coating, meaning that the paint not only lays on top, but literally becomes a part of the metal.
